The purpose of the Council shall be as follows:-

(a) To conduct studies and research regarding various problems that have appeared in the health sector and may arise in the future.

( b) conducting counseling services and information programs to make health related studies and research programs more useful, and

(c) obtaining information about studies and researches or works done on various health related problems in the world. Inform the Nepal government in time.
